How did you get in to this business?

We went about things in a little different order. We've actually been in the retail business for almost six years. We STARTED with an actual Brick-and-Mortar store and then decided to take it to the internet.

Why are we doing this?

We got tired of seeing bad college t-shirts. Too many people were thinking they could just slap a stock logo on a shirt and think it would sell when a team does well. In our search for creative, clever designs, we kept coming up short. If we didn't design them ourselves, it usually meant that we weren't going to have any. Eventually, we had this idea - what if we started tapping in to other people's creativity, not just the creativity of the companies that provide us with t-shirts. What if we opened it up to all college fans? What if we opened it up to creative people that AREN'T college fans? Imagine what could happen to collegiate designs if we diversified where the creativity is sourced?

How do I get paid?

There are several ways to get paid:

1. You can get paid up-front.

2. You can be paid based on the number of shirts that are sold.

3. You can make us a different offer if you feel like something else would make more sense.

4. You can determine how you want to be paid above, and then we'll match that amount and give it to the charity of your choice.

Why are there so many different options on how to get paid?

Because there are so many different types of people with so many different motives. Maybe you need money now, so you want to take the up-front cash payment. Maybe you really believe in your design and think we're going to sell a TON of them, and you want a piece of the action. Maybe you want to take your money give it away to charity. If that's the case, we want to chip in and help you. We want to do whatever you think is fair. We realize that there are plenty of options out there to submit t-shirt designs and make some money, so if you want to work with us, we want to work with you.

How are you different?

We are focused on shirts that make sense for the collegiate market. Have a creative design that doesn't really translate over to anything college-related? There are plenty of other sites out there for you.

I'm afraid you're going to take my design, use it, and not compensate me.

That's not going to happen. We've got way too much on the line to be operating like that. If that is a concern, give us a call. Talk to a real human being. Let us put that concern away for you.

How much will my shipping be?

College District has a flat-rate shipping charge of $6. No matter how much you buy, you can be sure that it will only cost you six bucks to get it to you. If you would like it sooner than what regular ground shipping can get it to you, other shipping options are available. You can find a shipping calculator in your shopping cart.

How do I return an item for a refund?

Send it back to us with a note that includes your name and order number. We'll refund your money as soon as we get it.

What if I just want to exchange it?

Send it back to us with a note that includes your name and order number and what you would like to exchange. Also, include a $6 check for us to send it back to you. We'll exchange it out and get it right back to you.
